Our office is conveniently located in Plano, on the campus of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Plano.  The address is 6300 W. Parker, Suite 223 – Plano, TX 75093.  Exit the Dallas N. Tollway at Parker Road.  We are in Medical Office Bldg 2.  It is the building closest to Midway Road.
